We use Aramex, a reliable and eco-conscious carrier, to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight / cubic size of your order and your delivery location within Australia.
Here's what you need to know:
Shipping Costs: We utilize weight-based shipping rates through Sendle. The exact cost will be automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the total weight of your order and your delivery postcode. For the pottery, we use additional protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Please Note:
There is a $20 packaging charge per box for all items. So .... you may find it more economical to purchase eg: 2 mossies or a mossie and a couple of mugs. We know someone else will want one.
Delivery Timeframes: Generally, delivery 5-8 business days and regional areas may take an additional 1-3 business days. We operate out of Mareeba, itself a far-flung outpost. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.
Order Processing: We take pride in carefully packaging your pottery to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and picked up before shipment. We will let you know when it leaves the pottery.
Additional Information: We do not currently offer international shipping.
